Installing root certificate authority in Chrome (Windows)

Open the Settings window.

Select Privacy and security in the menu on the left side, scroll down and click the Security button.

Scroll down and click the Manage certificates button.

Select the Trusted Root Certification Authorities tab and click the Import… button.

Click the Next button.

Click the Browse… button.
```

Find the certificate file named wrc-root-ca.crt you previously downloaded, select it and click the Open button.

Click the Next button.
```

Verify that the Certificate store is Trusted Root Certification Authorities and click the Next button.

Click the Finish button.
```

Click the Yes button to install the certificate.
